Who does not like a burger? These simple, yet healthy home-made beef burgers just hit the spot!

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, and squeeze together for a couple of minutes until very well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick griddle pan over a medium heat. When hot, add the patties and leave to cook for 7-8 minutes. Turn and leave to cook for a further 4-5 minutes. Remove from the pan, and serve with your favourite side salad, or sweet potato chips (or both!).
