Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Put the Cashew nuts in a blender, and pulse until you have a crumb.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, and blitz until well combined.
  3. Tip mixture into a deep baking tray, and press down until compact, ensuring you have a smooth top. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
  4. Cut into chunks, and store in an air tight container.
Recipe Notes

Try your own combinations... use dates as the base because they are sticky and help bind the bars together.

Why not add some Chia seeds for added goodness!
