Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients apart from the Rolled Oats in a blender and whiz up.
  2. Put the Rolled Oats in an air-tight container, pour over the blended mixture and stir well. Apply lid and leave in the fridge for 12 hours (overnight).
  3. Open and stir well. If you think the mixture is too thick loosen it slightly with a drop more coconut milk. Divide mixture into 2 bowls. Sprinkle over a few blueberries and banana and serve.
Recipe Notes

You can change this recipe to suit your tastes - why not try strawberry and banana with honey... yum!

Try adding a scoop of protein powder to help with building muscle and recovery from exercise.
