Instructions
  1. Put the banana, eggs and chia seeds in a blender, and blitz until well combined.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat, and spray with coconut oil. Pour a 10cm round circle of mixture into the pan, and cook until golden brown (about 3 minutes). Flip and cook for a further minute. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
